Reflection

The birth of Christ is a key moment in God’s plan of salvation. Through the prophets God prepared his people for the coming of his Son. We pray that we too may be prepared for Christ’s coming, because each of us is also a part of God’s saving plan. As Mary nurtured the Christ-child and Joseph protected him, we must welcome him into our hearts and by our lives proclaim his presence to the world.
